OUR TARIFF

 WALKING HOLIDAY TARIFF FOR 2010 for 7 nights ALL INCLUSIVE  holiday (see below for details).

PAYMENT TERMS: To secure your reservation,25% of the holiday cost  is payable at the time of booking, the remainder being payable 8 weeks before departure. For reservations made less than 8 weeks before departure, the full holiday price is payable at time of booking.

 Your holiday price gives excellent value with virtually no additional holiday expenditure.

What’s included in the price of your holiday:

Transportation to and from Ljubljana airport for the Saturday afternoon Easyjet Stansted to Ljubljana flight, (other flights can only be met by prior arrangement and will involve an extra charge)
Luggage porterage
Welcome drink
Tea and coffee facilities in your room, together with biscuits and chocolates
Extensive breakfast, including cooked option.
5 lunches (packed, taken en route or at the hotel); afternoon tea; aperitif and dinner 6 days a week
House wine with dinner followed by coffee, chocolates and house liqueurs (Please note that the kitchen is closed one night per week (normally Wednesday) and dinner can be taken at a choice of local restaurants (not included)
Accompanied walks (5 days a week)
All local transport (as per programme)
Optional excursion on free day
Free internet access
Bathrobe for use during stay and a selection of luxury toiletries

What’s not included:

Flights (or other transport) to and from Ljubljana airport

Drinks other than as stated above

Any admission charges

Lunch on free day, extra meals and snacks taken while out 

Dinner one night a week when the restaurant is closed

Supplement for single occupancy of superior or deluxe double room

 We aim to offer transparent pricing with no add-ons or nasty surprises when you add up the cost of your holiday. When comparing our prices with other holiday companies, please bear this in mind! 

GROUP BOOKINGS: For group bookings (6-10 people) please contact us for more details and tailor made options. 

SINGLE GUESTS: Please note: We warmly welcome solo travellers, and offer our Standard room (Lubnik) for single occupancy with no additional supplement. If you wish to stay in a Superior or Deluxe room there is a supplement of £20 per person per night.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Holidays run from Saturday to Saturday, although between October and May we are happy to change dates wherever possible to adapt to your needs.

We offer you the flexibility of making your own travel arrangements to Slovenia. We will meet the Saturday Easyjet flights from London Stansted to Ljubljana airport, and transport you to the chalet (which is only 45 minutes away). If you are traveling from the UK,  the national carrier Adria flies from Gatwick and Manchester (the latter from May to September only). Ryanair also fly from Stansted to Klagenfurt, and to Trieste from Stansted and Birmingham,  but we regret we are unable to meet guests on these flights, unless a whole group is booked on the same flight. Alternatively car hire is available at these airports, both approximately 2 hours away.
